Most significantly in the history of Islam, Hira Cave fell. Since this is where Hazrat Muhammad PBUH would meditate to find the genuine spirit of divine powers, The Cave is considered the most holy place in Makkah. 

Jabal Al-Rahma: 

Jabal Al-Rahma, or Mount of Mercy, is situated at the Mount of Arafat. Visiting Jabal Al-Rahma is an important part of Hajj rituals as well as the Umrah pilgrimage. The mountain holds significant importance as this is the place where Hazrat Muhammad PBUH delivered His last sermon to His fellow companions who joined Him to offer Hajj. Masjid Aisha: 

Masjid Aisha is the place where pilgrims have to change clothes and come into Ihram before entering Makkah. Masjid Aisha holds immense significance in the history of Islam, as this this where Prophet Muhammad permitted Hazrat Aisha R.A. to enter into Ihram while heading to Makkha. 

Masjid Quba: 

Masjid Quba is the first-ever masjid built by Prophet Muhammad PBUH in the history of Islam. Masjid is located outside Madina. Masjid Quba is of great significance for the Muslims, and a visit to the Masjid has a great spiritual effect on souls. Al-Masjid al-Qiblatain: 

Al-Qiblatain Masjid is the Madina mosque with two Qiblas located there. Masjid is traditionally said to be the location Prophet Muhammad got the orders of switching the Qibla from Allah SWT during their prayed period. The masjid was originally called Bani Salima Majid, but the name was changed to Masjid al-Qiblatain after Prophet Muhammad received the command of changing the Qibla. 

The Well of ZamZam: 

Considered among the most important sites in the history of Islam, the well of Zamzam is inside Masjid Al-Haram, Madina, surrounded by the walls. Islam is said to find in a remarkable source of water from the location where infant Ismael rubbed His feet. Pilgrims visit the place, drink from the well to purify their souls, and get the blessings of Allah.
